Qualitative Research Specialist
What makes me stay in qualitative research after more than 20 years, is that I really enjoy both finding out what makes people tick, and thinking about businesses. I am involved in several businesses through my family and constantly strive to make them work better for the customer, and the business person.
I love to work cross culturally. I speak fluent Mandarin and have conducted research within China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia as well as locally with the Asian community and with visitors to New Zealand.
By combining consumer insight with business and marketing savvy, I find optimal solutions for clients.
